Welsh Prose 1350–1425

Welsh Prose 1350–1425 is a site which presents a searchable corpus of Medieval Welsh prose.

Some 1.8 million words are covered in 28 manuscripts. The manuscripts contain over 100 texts – some repeated in different manuscripts – here categorised into different genres.

The search allows you to locate where particular words are used in any or all of the manuscripts; the wordlist presents a guided index of all words used in the manuscripts.
